Ingredients/Items Needed:
- Ground Cloves
- Rosemary
- Ground Coriander
- Ground Cinnamon
- Thyme
- Coffee Filter
- Piece of Thread
- Metal Bowl
- Wooden Spoon
- Ground Red Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Cumin
- Whole Pepper Flakes
- Ground Turmeric
Casting Instructions:
- Brew Water: Start by boiling a pot of water.
- Prepare Herbs: Combine all the herbs in a bowl.
- Make Tea Bag: Place the mixed herbs into the coffee filter, then securely tie it with the piece of thread to form a makeshift tea bag.
- Steep Herbs: Place the tea bag into the metal bowl.
- Pour Water: Pour the boiling water over the tea bag in the bowl.
- Steep: Allow the mixture to steep for 6 minutes.
- Stir and Chant: Gently stir the tea with a wooden spoon while reciting:
